Shipping:
Customer acknowledges that for customer convenience all orders will be shipped without signature required.
The customer further agrees that tracking information will constitute Proof of Delivery and receipt of merchandise.
Timeliness:
Please notify us immediately via email at Service@AllSportsUniforms.net if there are any problems with your order in regards to order accuracy,
quality concerns, or if you have not received your order. If Grand Slam Uniforms Inc., DBA All Sports Uniforms, has not received customer notification
via email at Service@AllSportsUniforms.net within 20 days of the shipping date, then Grand Slam Uniforms Inc., DBA All Sports Uniforms and customer
agree that the order has been received and the order has been fulfilled to the customers satisfaction.
Returns:
Customer agrees to the Returns and Exchanges Policy & Procedure HERE. Further, all merchandise that is eligible
for a refund must be received at 846 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA 30501. We highly recommend sending the eligible merchandise with
tracking. We can not issue a refund if we do not receive the merchandise at 846 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA 30501.
In the unlikely event a dispute arises as to receipt of the returned merchandise back to All Sports Uniforms, the customer will be required
to provide tracking information in order to receive the refund.
Customer Disputes:
Customer agrees that all merchandise involved in a credit card dispute must be returned to Grand Slam Uniforms Inc., DBA All Sports Uniforms at
846 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA 30501. It is the customers responsibility to show proof that the disputed merchandise was returned
and received at 846 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA 30501. In addition, the customer can not have benefited from the disputed
transaction in any way.
