Welcome to All Sports Uniforms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, customization tools, Team Stores, and related services.

All Sports Uniforms is operated by Grand Slam Uniforms, Inc., doing business as All Sports Uniforms ("All Sports Uniforms," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and any applicable customization or production requirements.

All Sports Uniforms reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate business reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to obtain necessary artwork approvals, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or confirmation that production has begun.

We may contact customers to verify order information, resolve discrepancies, or obtain additional information before processing an order.

If an order is canceled by All Sports Uniforms before fulfillment, any payment collected for the canceled portion will be refunded as required by applicable law.

2. Product Information, Colors, and Sizing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and specifications accurately.

However, product colors may appear differently depending on computer monitors, mobile devices, lighting conditions, fabric characteristics, dye lots, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations in color, material texture, garment measurements, decoration placement, and manufacturing details may occur.

Product images, digital mockups, and design previews are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product and may not reflect every production detail.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable sizing charts and selecting appropriate garment sizes.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, All Sports Uniforms does not guarantee that garments will fit a particular individual or that colors will exactly match a digital image, previous order, or product manufactured in a different production batch.

These provisions do not limit remedies available for defective products, material misrepresentations, or other rights provided by applicable law.

3. Custom and Decorated Merchandise

Customized and decorated merchandise is produced according to customer-selected specifications and may include screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, sublimation, lettering, numbering, logos, and other personalization.

Because customized merchandise is made or decorated specifically for the customer, such merchandise is generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun, except where All Sports Uniforms has made an error, the merchandise is defective, or a remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that customization details are accurate before an order is approved for production.

We reserve the right to use commercially reasonable production methods and make minor technical adjustments necessary to produce customer-approved artwork, provided such adjustments do not materially alter the approved design.

4. Artwork, Design Approval, and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before approving an order for production.

These details may include:

Team names and spelling.
Player names and jersey numbers.
Garment sizes and quantities.
Artwork, logos, and design placement.
Selected colors and decoration options.
Roster information and other customization instructions.

Once artwork or order specifications have been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.

All Sports Uniforms is not responsible for errors contained in customer-provided or customer-approved information unless the error results from our failure to follow the approved specifications or another circumstance for which we are legally responsible.

Digital artwork proofs and uniform mockups are visual representations and may differ slightly from the finished merchandise due to production methods, fabric characteristics, and other reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

We may request additional approvals or clarification before beginning production.

Customers who fail to provide requested information or approvals may experience production or delivery delays.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers may upload, submit, or request the use of artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, team names, graphics, and other materials in connection with customized products.

By submitting such materials, customers represent that they own the materials or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce them for the requested products.

Customers grant All Sports Uniforms and its authorized service providers a nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, process, and transmit submitted materials as reasonably necessary to prepare artwork, manufacture products, fulfill orders, provide customer service, and support reorders.

Customers retain whatever ownership rights they hold in their original submitted materials.

All Sports Uniforms does not independently verify ownership or licensing rights for every customer-submitted design.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work involving materials that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify All Sports Uniforms against third-party claims arising from materials they supplied without the necessary rights or authorization, except to the extent a claim results from our own wrongful conduct.

6. Custom Uniform Designer and AI-Generated Artwork

All Sports Uniforms may provide online design tools, artwork editing services, and artificial intelligence-assisted design features.

These tools may allow customers to upload artwork, generate designs, modify graphics, create team logos, and preview customized products.

AI-generated artwork and digital design previews are provided as creative and production-assistance tools.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated artwork will be unique, error-free, suitable for trademark registration, or free from similarities to existing designs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing generated artwork and confirming that the final design meets their requirements before approving it for production.

All Sports Uniforms may modify, refine, resize, simplify, or otherwise prepare artwork for manufacturing purposes.

We may use third-party technology and AI service providers to process artwork and related design information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of our design tools does not automatically transfer ownership of All Sports Uniforms' proprietary designs, templates, software, or other intellectual property to the customer.

Rights in customer-supplied and AI-generated materials remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any separately agreed licensing terms.

7. Production Times and Delivery Estimates

Production times and shipping dates displayed on our website, provided in quotations, or communicated by our representatives are estimates unless expressly identified and agreed to in writing as guaranteed commitments.

Production schedules may be affected by:

Artwork preparation and customer approval.
Product availability and backorders.
Manufacturing and supplier schedules.
Order quantities and customization requirements.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Expedited production or rush services may be available for an additional charge. Applicable rush fees, estimated production schedules, and any specific service commitments will be disclosed when the service is selected.

All Sports Uniforms does not guarantee delivery by a particular date unless a specific delivery guarantee has been expressly agreed to in writing.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law, including laws governing delayed shipments.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, orders may be shipped using carriers and shipping methods selected by All Sports Uniforms.

For customer convenience, shipments may be sent without a signature requirement unless a signature service has been specifically arranged.

Carrier tracking information and delivery confirmations may be used as evidence of shipment and delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional charges may apply when a shipment must be redirected, corrected, or reshipped because of inaccurate customer-provided information, subject to applicable law.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is subject to the carrier's transportation and delivery processes.

Customers should promptly notify All Sports Uniforms if a shipment is missing, damaged, or appears to have been delivered incorrectly so that we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Carrier tracking information is relevant evidence of delivery but does not eliminate rights or remedies otherwise available under applicable law.

9. Product Availability and Backorders

Product availability, inventory status, and estimated restocking dates are subject to change without notice.

Some products may be available for purchase while temporarily out of stock or on backorder.

Backorder availability and estimated fulfillment dates are based on information available at the time and are not guaranteed.

We may contact customers regarding material delays, substitutions, or unavailable products.

Product substitutions that materially change an order will require customer approval where appropriate.

Customers retain any applicable rights to cancel delayed orders or receive refunds under governing law.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the order's processing status, product availability, and whether customization or production has begun.

Once custom artwork preparation, decoration, or manufacturing has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification without charges for work already performed, materials committed, or other reasonable costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All Sports Uniforms will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that changes can be completed after an order enters production.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable legal requirements.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Returns and Exchanges Policy, subject to applicable law.

Blank, undecorated merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with that policy.

Customized, decorated, or personalized merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged for customer ordering mistakes, sizing selections, or changes in preference after production, except as expressly permitted by our policy or required by law.

Customers should promptly notify us of incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Merchandise authorized for return should be sent according to the return instructions provided by All Sports Uniforms.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds are subject to the applicable return policy and legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Order Accuracy and Reporting Problems

Customers should inspect their merchandise promptly after delivery.

If there are concerns involving order accuracy, missing items, product quality, or delivery, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

We request that customers report order concerns within 20 days of the shipment date whenever reasonably possible to assist with investigation, supplier claims, and timely resolution.

Failure to report a concern within this requested period may affect our ability to investigate or provide discretionary assistance, but does not automatically waive rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. Team Stores and Group Orders

All Sports Uniforms may provide customized Team Stores for teams, leagues, schools, organizations, and other groups.

Team Stores may have designated ordering periods, product selections, shipping arrangements, customization options, and fulfillment schedules.

Orders placed through Team Stores are subject to the specific terms, deadlines, and delivery arrangements disclosed for the applicable store.

Some Team Stores may offer consolidated delivery to a designated team representative, while others may offer direct shipment to individual purchasers.

When consolidated delivery is selected, merchandise may be delivered to an authorized team representative for distribution to individual customers.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct team, player information, product options, sizes, and quantities.

Team Store ordering deadlines and production schedules may limit the ability to modify or cancel orders.

All Sports Uniforms is not responsible for distribution errors occurring after merchandise has been properly delivered to an authorized team representative, except to the extent caused by our own error or as otherwise required by law.

14. Minimum Order Quantities and Reorders

Certain customized products may be subject to minimum order quantities, setup charges, or other production requirements.

Minimum quantities and applicable charges may vary by product, decoration method, supplier, or ordering program.

Reorders may be subject to different minimum quantities, setup charges, or pricing from the original order.

Applicable minimums and fees will be disclosed through product information, quotations, or the ordering process.

All Sports Uniforms reserves the right to revise future pricing, minimum quantities, and production requirements without changing the agreed terms of an accepted order.

15. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, and other website or quotation errors.

If a material pricing error is discovered, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected order and issue any refund required by law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, rush charges, and other disclosed charges may be added to an order.

Payment must be completed or otherwise arranged under approved payment terms before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed.

Orders placed using school or organizational purchase orders may require receipt and acceptance of the applicable purchase order documentation before processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and complying with agreed payment terms.

16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact All Sports Uniforms promptly regarding billing questions, order concerns, or disputed transactions so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

In connection with a payment dispute, we may provide relevant order records, customer communications, artwork approvals, shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, and other appropriate documentation to payment processors, card issuers, or dispute-resolution providers.

Customers are not entitled to retain merchandise and receive a duplicate refund for the same purchase, except where permitted or required by applicable law or payment network rules.

Any return of disputed merchandise will be handled in accordance with applicable law, payment network requirements, and the circumstances of the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction with a financial institution or exercise other nonwaivable consumer protections.

17. Website Content and Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, software, layouts, and proprietary design materials, is owned by or licensed to Grand Slam Uniforms, Inc., DBA All Sports Uniforms.

Such materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Customers may access and use website content for personal shopping, legitimate product evaluation, and placing orders with All Sports Uniforms.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution, modification, or exploitation of our proprietary website content is prohibited except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

These restrictions do not transfer ownership of customer-supplied artwork to All Sports Uniforms.

18. Trademarks

All Sports Uniforms and other trademarks, logos, product names, and brand identifiers owned by Grand Slam Uniforms, Inc. remain the property of their respective owners.

Other trademarks displayed on our website may belong to their respective owners.

Use of our website does not grant permission to use any trademark except as expressly authorized or otherwise permitted by law.

19. Acceptable Use of Our Website and Services

Customers and website visitors agree not to misuse our website, design tools, customer accounts, or related services.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Submitting fraudulent orders or payment information.

Information, artwork, and other materials submitted through our website may be processed and stored as reasonably necessary to operate our services, fulfill orders, support reorders, and comply with applicable requirements.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

21. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for warranties expressly provided by All Sports Uniforms or required by applicable law, our website, digital tools, and related services are provided on an "as available" basis.

25. Text Messages (SMS Terms and Conditions)

All Sports Uniforms offers optional SMS text messaging services to customers who consent to receive communications from us.

25.1 SMS Program Description

By opting in to the All Sports Uniforms SMS messaging program, customers agree to receive text messages relating to their orders, design submissions, pricing requests, and customer service interactions.
