Occasionally items are on backorder from the manufacturer. We work with manufacturers who are responsive to our needs and typically carry good stock. We can not control if an item is on back order, but we do promise to communicate with you so you can make informed ordering decisions. 

Please check your voicemail, text messages, and email. We can not guarantee a backorder date. Manufacturers, especially during busy seasons, push backorder dates back. When an order is placed and a backorder occurs, we will attempt to notify you the same day we find out (M-F). The available items will not ship until we have received authorization from you on how to proceed.
